Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 90 g protein powder (vanilla)
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 bag of vanilla pudding (approx. 75 g)
- some lemon zest
- 50 g durum wheat semolina
- 1 mango(s), alternatively strawberries, apple or other fruits
- 20 ml sweetener
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- Desiccated coconut or almonds, nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the two egg whites, in a bowl and mix until smooth. Beat the two egg whites separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mixture. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and bake for 60 minutes at 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat. Then let the cake cool completely. 1 serving = 1/8 of the cake. Nutritional values for the whole cake with mango: kcal: 1728, Fat: 22 g, Carbohydrates: 160 g, Protein: 225 g. Nutritional values per 1/8 serving: kcal: 216.75, Fat: 2.75 g, Carbohydrates: 20 g, Protein: 28 g.
