Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g silken tofu
- 100 g dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa
- 3 tbsp stevia powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
only 3 ingredients
Place the silken tofu and stevia powder in a tall blender and mix thoroughly with an immersion blender. Melt the chocolate. Now simply blend the melted chocolate with the mixture on high. Note: The chocolate should only be lukewarm when added to the tofu! The pudding is ready to serve. Tip: You can garnish with fruit and vary the stevia as desired. You won’t taste the sweetness of the stevia.
