Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat quark, 20% fat (quark)
- 500 g natural yogurt
- ½ lemon(s), zest and juice
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 350 g fruit of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the curd cheese and yogurt in a bowl. Stir in the juice and zest of half a lemon, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fold in the fruit.
