Christmas cookies

For a higher protein content, two egg whites can be used instead of the egg white. Mix all ingredients except the soy granules. The mixture should be chewy, but not too firm. Add a little water if necessary to make the mixture more fluid. Then fold in the granules. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Form the dough into disc-shaped cookies on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
