Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cottage cheese (granular cream cheese)
  • 200 g salami with pepper rim
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 bunch of spring onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Perfect for summer and barbecues

Chop the salami, spring onions, and apple into small pieces. Combine everything in a bowl. Then fold in the cream cheese. Tastes best cold. And it’s also perfect for grilling. The peppered rim of the salami means no additional seasoning is necessary.
