Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g pasta
- 200 g pineapple from the can
- 100 g cheese of your choice (Gouda is good)
- 100 g cooked ham, Vienna sausages or meat sausage
- 100 g bell pepper(s)
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- 100 g cucumber(s)
- 50 g corn
- 50 g sour cream
- 50 g mayonnaise
- e.g. pineapple juice from the can
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- n. B. garlic
- 1 tsp mustard

easy and fast
Cook the pasta according to the instructions, then let it cool. Chop the vegetables, pineapple, cheese, and sausage into small pieces, preferably diced. Make a thick dressing from sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, pineapple juice, and spices. Mix everything with the pasta. Tip: Mix the pasta and dressing together a day in advance. About 2-3 hours before serving, stir in the vegetables, cheese, and sausage and season the salad to taste.
