Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 500 g quark
  • 6 slice(s) Scheibletten (processed cheese slices)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dough like Low Carb BigMac Roll

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the dough ingredients until thick, setting aside 5 tablespoons of quark and spreading it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake for about 20 minutes. Let the dough cool. Spread the 5 tablespoons of quark over the cooled dough. Finely chop the onion and sauté. Add the minced meat, season, and fry. Add the grated carrot. Slice the leek and simmer in chicken stock for 10 minutes, then drain the stock. Place the minced meat, sliced ​​cheese, and leek on top of the dough and quark. Roll everything up and enjoy.
