Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into pieces, halve them, or leave them whole, depending on their size. Place them in a pot and boil them with water and a teaspoon of salt. Let them cool and then wrap them in the smoked ham. Personally, I don’t think every piece or potato needs to be wrapped, but that’s a matter of taste. If you want more ham, you can of course use more. Place the wrapped potatoes in a baking dish. Mix the sour cream and milk until smooth and pour over the potatoes. I only season with a little pepper, but that’s also a matter of taste. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
