Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g quark 0.2%, creamy
  • 2 tbsp egg white powder neutral
  • 60 g gluten
  • 60 g flour (walnut flour)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

can be seasoned spicy or sweet

Whisk together the eggs and quark, then mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into 8 silicone molds and arrange them in a circle around the edge of the glass plate. Bake for 6 minutes at 900 watts. Then carefully remove the molds, return them to the microwave, and bake for another 2-3 minutes. Let them cool; they will appear quite soft but will harden. The rolls will rise only slightly. If you prefer a sweeter texture, use vanilla-flavored egg white powder, reduce the salt, and add sweetener or stevia to taste.
