- 10 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 30 g almond flour

Briefly melt the butter in the microwave. Place all ingredients in a standard coffee mug and mix thoroughly. Ensure that the dough is smooth and there are absolutely no lumps (this will cause the bread to bubble and end up with holes). Now place the mug in the microwave for 90 seconds at full power. If the dough is still slightly moist (possibly possible at 600 watts), simply continue cooking in 10-second increments until firm. Immediately after cooking, tip the mug out of the mug. Tips: If you like, you can briefly toast the cooled bread in the toaster. Or, if you like, you can pimp the basic recipe with stevia and/or cocoa drops for a sweet cake. Also highly recommended with vanilla and stevia.
