Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g kidney beans from the can
  • 500 g minced poultry (turkey)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 half zucchini
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • some tomato paste
  • 500 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Rinse the kidney beans in a colander and drain. Cut the zucchini and carrot into small pieces. Add a little oil to the pan and briefly fry the onion. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the zucchini and carrot pieces and fry for 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Add the passata, kidney beans, and seasonings and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. This recipe can be easily adapted with other vegetables.
