Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, seasoned
  • 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce, approx. 500 ml
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 jar olives, black, black
  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Combine the minced meat with the egg and spread evenly in a roasting pan, making sure the mixture is about 1 cm thick. Spread the mushrooms, olives, diced tomatoes, and sliced ​​onion over the mixture. Mix the paprika sauce with the sour cream and spread it over the remaining ingredients. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Add the diced feta cheese to the pizza and bake for another 15 minutes at the same temperature.
