Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp almonds, ground, or hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp baking cocoa
- 2 tbsp stevia or erythritol
- e.g. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil or nut oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 egg(s)
- Xylitol (powdered sugar substitute)
- fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes
for 2 cups
Mix all ingredients well and fill two coffee mugs until they are about half full. Then, microwave the mugs on full power for 4 minutes. Turn the mug cake out onto a small plate and garnish with fruit and xylitol (a powdered sugar substitute). Tip: You can also make the batter ahead and make the cakes the next day at work.
