Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g protein powder (vanilla protein powder)
  • 30 g flaxseed flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp protein powder (vanilla protein powder)
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • some oil for frying, e.g. coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the pancake ingredients and heat a little oil, such as coconut oil, in a pan. Then pour the batter into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. The pancakes taste best served warm with a yogurt sauce and a little vanilla protein powder.
