Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g protein powder (vanilla protein powder)
- 30 g flaxseed flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp protein powder (vanilla protein powder)
- 250 ml yogurt
- some oil for frying, e.g. coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the pancake ingredients and heat a little oil, such as coconut oil, in a pan. Then pour the batter into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. The pancakes taste best served warm with a yogurt sauce and a little vanilla protein powder. The nutritional values per 100g are approximately: kcal: 234; fat: 10.8g; carbohydrates: 4.9g; protein: 28g.
