Super quick to make and super tasty!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the Gouda and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Line a baking sheet or wire rack with parchment paper and, using a tablespoon, place the cheese mixture into small mounds on the sheet or wire rack. Bake for about 15 minutes. You may need to make multiple sheets. In the meantime, mince the garlic and mix it with the cream cheese. Season the cream cheese mixture with spices such as chili, paprika, pepper, herbs, etc. as desired. Once the chips are ready, simply let them cool briefly and, if necessary, pat off any excess fat on a paper towel. Note: The chips with the cream cheese dip are a great substitute for potato chips at parties, invitations, or simply in front of the TV.
