Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 4 eggs
- 100 g almonds, ground
- some salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Ground pepper, to taste
- Coconut oil or other oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the peas in hot water until soft. Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients to a blender. When the peas are soft, add them to the blender and puree everything. Heat the oil in a pan and fry a tablespoonful. When the edges of the rösti start to brown slightly, turn them over. Add a little oil every now and then while frying. The rösti absorbs some of the oil. Place the cooked rösti on a plate lined with kitchen paper and place it on top to absorb any excess oil. We ate it with salad.
