Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 ml liquid sweetener
- 70 g poppy seeds, ground
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 250 g quark
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
for a small loaf pan, gluten-free
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Grease a small loaf pan and pour the mixture into the pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 minutes. Test with a skewer for doneness. This poppy seed cake is particularly delicious and moist.
