Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 240 g applesauce
  • 110 g soy flour
  • 70 g protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Stevia
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Beat the two egg whites until stiff. Combine the whole egg with the remaining ingredients. You can use more or less stevia to taste. Finally, carefully fold in the egg whites. Pour the batter into a shallow, greased baking pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Let cool before serving. Tip: For a special texture, you can also add finely chopped nuts.
