Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g desiccated coconut
- 350 g xylitol (sugar substitute), light
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 5 egg whites
- 20 drops of vanilla flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
gluten-free, makes about 35 macaroons
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the remaining ingredients. Form into balls and flatten them, or form small piles (the size of a walnut) with your fingertips. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) until golden brown.
