Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour, gluten-free
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • some powdered sugar for rolling
  • some vanilla sugar for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Quickly knead all the ingredients and refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes. Then shape the croissants. Bake the croissants for 10-15 minutes at 175°C (top/bottom heat). Let them cool slightly. Then, while still warm, roll them in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
