Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- sweetener
- Milk
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- Fruits of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the egg yolks with baking powder, sweetener, and a little milk. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Let the sponge cake cool. Purée the fruit and mix with the quark and sweetener. Spread onto the sponge cake and carefully roll up.
