Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour, possibly more
  • 125 g quark
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • e.g. apples
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

for a sheet

For the dough, mix the quark with the sugar, oil, and vanilla sugar. Add the flour and baking powder and stir in. Finally, add the milk. If the dough is too runny, add a little more flour. Roll out the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Quarter the apples (as needed). Cut the quarters into 2-3 slices again, depending on their size, and place them tightly on the dough. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon. For the crumble, knead the margarine, sugar, and flour by hand and crumble it onto the apples. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
