Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 75 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 6 g psyllium husks
- 2 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute), Xucker Light

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
HCG-suitable
Mix all ingredients and pour 1 tablespoon of each into the waffle iron. I get 6 thin waffles out of it; if they’re too thick, they’re too dense for me. The waffles total 230 calories. I divide the portion into 3 pieces each, enjoy them as dessert in the evening, and have them for breakfast the next morning.
