Ingredients
 

  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 30 g Coconut flour
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter until it is soft or runny
  • Add eggs and water and stir
  • Stir in baking powder, coconut flour and spices until the mixture is homogeneous. And now comes the highlight, there are 2 ways to bake the sandwich buns:

microwave

  • Take 2 microwave-safe containers of the same size and smooth the mixture in them, or 1 larger container, then the sandwich is simply cut in half later
  • Then bake in the microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes on the highest setting

Furnace variant

  • Take a small baking dish or 2 containers of the same size and smooth the mixture
