LowCarb Sandwich Bun

The perfect lowcarb sandwich bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 20 g Soft butter
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 30 g Coconut flour
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Heat the butter until it is soft or runny
  2. Add eggs and water and stir
  3. Stir in baking powder, coconut flour and spices until the mixture is homogeneous. And now comes the highlight, there are 2 ways to bake the sandwich buns:

microwave
