Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 0.2 liters of milk
- 2 tsp, levelled sugar, more or less if needed
- 15 small strawberries or other fruits (e.g. pears or bananas)

Put all ingredients except the sugar into the blender. The sugar adds flavor later. If you add it beforehand, you won’t taste the sugar as intensely afterwards! Blend for about 4 minutes. Now you can add the sugar. At the end, when everything is ready, you can filter the shake. To do this, take a sieve, hold it over a mug, and slowly pour the shake into it. When the sieve is full to the top, you can gently stir the shake with a spoon so that it slowly drips into the mug. Any excess peel that has been filtered out can go in the trash.
