Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 125 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead all ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Then form into approximately 3 cm thick rolls, roll them in sugar, and chill for 30 minutes. Cut the rolls into 0.5 cm thick slices and bake at high heat (200°C) for 10 minutes.
