Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled gingerbread spice
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Nutella or jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 58 minutes

Christmassy, ​​for 40 pieces

Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and chill for about 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out small cookies. Place on the baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Then sandwich two cookies together with Nutella or jam. Makes about 40 cookies.
