Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

Melt the butter in a saucepan, sprinkle the flour over it, and toast for about 1 minute until light brown. Stir the mustard into the milk and add the milk to the roux, stirring constantly. Stir in the grated cheese and season with salt (careful, the cheese is already quite salty) and cayenne pepper. Remove the pan from the heat and toss the cooked macaroni with the sauce. Transfer everything to a casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a green salad.
