Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g macaroni
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 cups sour cream
- some tomato paste
- 1 pack of bacon cubes
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- 250 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Brown the ground beef until crumbly. Add the bacon cubes shortly before the end. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Stir in the tomato paste. Then stir in a cup of sour cream. Layer the pasta and ground beef in a casserole dish. Finish with the pasta as the final layer. Spread the second cup of sour cream over the pasta and sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake the casserole for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
