Maccheroni, corn, mushroom and chicory pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g macaroni (Maccheroni al ferretto)
  • 190 g corn from the can
  • 60 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 chicory
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Drain the corn in a sieve. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the dry macaroni. Add the wine and broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan with the corn. Trim 4 cm off the bottom of the chicory. Chop the remaining leaves, add them to the pan, mix well, and season again with salt and pepper. Once the macaroni is cooked, arrange the dish on a plate, garnish, and serve.
