Grilled green asparagus with ginger hollandaise and ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg asparagus, green
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 250 g hollandaise sauce
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 250 g raw ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim the bottom ends of the asparagus and place them in a greased baking dish. Brush with oil, season with salt, and pepper. Grill in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Gently heat the hollandaise sauce with the ginger. Season with lemon juice. Serve the ginger hollandaise sauce on plates with the asparagus and ham.
