what to cook if you’re too stupid to go fishing
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions, divide the broccoli into florets and steam the florets. Meanwhile, rinse the spinach and chop the remaining vegetables. First, fry the tomatoes and peppers until crispy, then deglaze with balsamic vinegar and let them simmer for a while. Then add the bell peppers, onions, spinach and garlic over medium heat and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and (if desired) cinnamon and simmer over low heat for a few more minutes. To serve, transfer the rice to a bowl and turn out onto a plate. Arrange the vegetables from the pan around it. Arrange the broccoli florets on top. If you like, you can also add the florets to the pan beforehand, mix them in and cook them along with the rice.
