Ingredients for 6 servings:

- 180 g sour cream or sour half and half cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 80 g butter, soft
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Blend the zest and juice with soured single cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Mix the butter, vanilla seeds, and lemon mixture well. Add the salt, flour, and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into the paper baking cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
