Ingredients

  • 4 Mackerel freshly cut fish
  • 2 Lovage fresh
  • 5 Fresh smooth parsley
  • 5 Wild garlic fresh
  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 2 Fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp Colorful pepper
  • 2 tbsp Coarse salt
  • 0,5 Lemon untreated
  • 0,5 Lime untreated
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • -

Instructions

Preparation:

  • The mackerel can be bought ready-made kitchens and should already weigh 250 grams - 350 grams. If not, head off, gut, wash and dab with a kitchen towel.
  • Roughly chop all the fresh herbs, slide the lime and lemon in. Mix together in a bowl.
  • Rub the mackerel with the Worcester sauce, add salt, pepper and the herb mix and put it in the fridge for one to two hours.
  • I myself have a grid where the 4 fish fit in and therefore don't have to be locked with a skewer. Otherwise close the belly with a roller shutter needle, wooden skewer or kebab skewer so that the herbs do not fall out when turned.
  • Preheat the grill and then lightly spray or brush the mackerel with oil and grill for 5 - 10 minutes on each side.
  • The side dish is up to you, depending on your taste and desire. Potato, rice, salad or anything. Here we have something simple, quick and delicious .... "GOOD APPETIT"
