Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g oat bran
- 25 g psyllium husks
- 10 g chia seeds
- 15 g flaxseed meal
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50g mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Makes about 6 rolls, for one baking tray
Combine the dry ingredients and mix with the quark and eggs. Dice the mozzarella and fold in. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Shape the rolls; I get 6 rolls out of them. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes on the middle rack. Here, too, everything is wonderfully variable. You can use wheat germ instead of the oat bran. It is important that the dry ingredients remain at a total of 150 g and the cheese at 50 g. Otherwise, the mixing ratio is no longer correct and the rolls will be too wet or too dry. The rolls are also delicious with Gouda. Here, I dice 50 g of Gouda very finely and place another slice on top.
