Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 800 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1,200 ml water
- 100 g tomato paste
- 10 g garlic, finely diced
- 10 g ginger, diced
- 5 g lemongrass, finely chopped
- 5 g curry powder, hot
- 20 g salt
- 10 dashes of Tabasco

Briefly sauté the garlic cubes, ginger, and lemongrass, then deglaze with tomatoes and water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt, curry powder, and Tabasco.
