Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 800 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1,200 ml water
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 10 g garlic, finely diced
  • 10 g ginger, diced
  • 5 g lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 5 g curry powder, hot
  • 20 g salt
  • 10 dashes of Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegan, quick, easy

Briefly sauté the garlic cubes, ginger, and lemongrass, then deglaze with tomatoes and water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt, curry powder, and Tabasco.
