Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup(s) rice
- Salt
- 2 cup(s) sauerkraut, boiled
- 2 onions, diced
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- Paprika powder, sweet
- pepper
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook rice in twice the amount of water and a little salt. In a second pot, sauté diced onion and ground meat. Then add shredded sauerkraut, mushrooms, and diced bell peppers and continue simmering. When the bell peppers are still firm to the bite, add rice and mix well. Let simmer for a bit longer. Finally, season with paprika and pepper. Serve with sour cream or yogurt and garnish with parsley.
