Magic Dust Potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp spice mix (Magic Dust)
  • 500 g potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine the olive oil and the spice mix. Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss with the spice-oil mixture. Grill in a grill basket at medium heat for about 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
