Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cl brown rum
  • 2 cl rum, white
  • 2 cl Amaretto
  • 2 cl Cointreau
  • 2 cl almond syrup
  • 2 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 2 cl lime syrup
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 200 ml juice (Hohes C “Mild Breakfast”)
  • 2 cl grenadine
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

This Mai Tai was created during the coronavirus lockdown and was a great use of “breakfast juice.” Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Shake with some ice cubes, if desired. Then pour the Mai Tai into cocktail glasses and garnish with pineapple or other fruit.
