For a homemade raspberry ice cream without large tools, you need the following ingredients and utensils: 300 g frozen raspberries, 50 g natural yogurt, 60 g quark, 45 g powdered sugar, a mixer, bowl.

  1. Place the frozen raspberries in a tall container or mixing bowl.
  2. Add the yogurt, powdered sugar, and quark.
  3. Mix everything vigorously to create a homogeneous mass. If you don’t have a blender, you can use a blender.
  4. Now distribute the homemade raspberry ice cream among the bowls and enjoy it right away.
  5. If you want to keep the ice cream for later, it is best to put it in a freezer container and place it in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator.

Making raspberry ice cream with the Thermomix: instructions

For a raspberry ice cream with the Thermomix, you need the following ingredients: 300 g raspberries, 60 g sugar, and 100 g yogurt.

  1. Place the sugar in the mixing bowl. Let this pulverize on level 10 for ten seconds.
  2. Now add the raspberries to the mixing bowl with the sugar. Blend everything on speed 8 for 10 seconds, then scrape down with a spatula.
  3. Then add the yogurt. Mix everything on speed 4 for 30 seconds. You can enjoy the homemade ice cream right away.
  4. If you want to keep it, put it in the freezer. Use a freezer box for this.
