To make the ravioli dough yourself, flour and semolina are first mixed. Then gradually the water is added. Knead well! The dough should be firm without sticking. If it sticks to your fingers, some flour is still missing. If it crumbles, it can be more water. The cooking time for this ravioli dough recipe is four to five minutes.

By the way, the filling should be completely prepared before the ravioli dough is rolled out. Variations of vegetables, meat and cheese are well suited. But mushrooms or chopped nuts are also suitable ingredients for making delicious ravioli yourself.
