Make Rolls Yourself

- 1 Pc. Yeast cubes
- 500 g Flour
- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Weigh out 500 grams of flour. You can decide which flour!
- Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
- Now add the yeast with the sugar to the well. Then the water.
- Stir everything with a teaspoon and let everything rest for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and olive oil.
- Then stir with the mixer. Let the dough rest for 60 minutes.
- Shape buns. Turn the oven to 50 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes have passed, take the buns out.
- Switch the oven to 200 degrees. When the temperature is reached, make a cross cut, brush the rolls with water and bake them for 20 minutes.
