  • 1 Pc. Yeast cubes
  • 500 g Flour
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Weigh out 500 grams of flour. You can decide which flour!
  2. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
  3. Now add the yeast with the sugar to the well. Then the water.
  4. Stir everything with a teaspoon and let everything rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt and olive oil.
  6. Then stir with the mixer. Let the dough rest for 60 minutes.
  7. Shape buns. Turn the oven to 50 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes have passed, take the buns out.
  9. Switch the oven to 200 degrees. When the temperature is reached, make a cross cut, brush the rolls with water and bake them for 20 minutes.
  10. Meal!
