Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of thyme
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sauté the mushrooms, stems removed, one at a time in a pan with oil, season with salt and pepper, crush the garlic, add it, and cook for about 8 minutes. Deglaze with the vinegar. Stir in the parsley and thyme to the cooked mushrooms. Serve warm.
