Quark doughnuts ideal for Carnival

Mix the first 7 ingredients with a hand mixer until you have a light dough. Now turn on the deep fryer or deep fryer and heat it on high (unfortunately, I can’t give you the exact setting for the deep fryer). Gradually stir in the flour and let the dough rest for a few minutes until the deep fryer is hot enough. To check this, you can do a test with the end of a wooden spoon. Now, using a spoon (size as desired), slide the dough into the hot oil. To prevent the dough from sticking to the spoon, dip it repeatedly into the oil before adding a new one. Now it’s enough to fry the dough at medium heat. Place the finished doughnuts on a plate lined with kitchen paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar. If I use a tablespoon for the dough as usual, my recipe yields about 15 doughnuts. I usually make the small version with the TL for the carnival parade to snack on in between or also good for small children’s hands.
