Sheet cakes (not only) for Easter

For the dough, mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and margarine and knead into a smooth dough. Chill. Knead the dough again briefly. Place 2/3 of the dough on a greased baking sheet. For the filling, melt the butter and let it cool. Place the quark, sugar, pudding powder, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients until smooth. Finally, add the melted butter and mix thoroughly. Now pour the quark mixture onto the dough base and smooth it down. Distribute the drained mandarins evenly over the quark mixture. Tear the remaining chocolate dough into pieces and arrange them decoratively on the cake. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan oven) for approx. 40-45 minutes (test with a skewer).
