Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 Viennese floor
  • 600 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla flavor)
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Paradise Cream Lemon Flavor)
  • 2 can(s) of mandarin oranges or 1 can of peaches
  • 1 pack of chocolate shavings

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

quick and easy

Whip the cream and paradise cream in a tall bowl until stiff peaks form. Add one can of mandarin oranges with the juice and stir gently until smooth. Then add the second can of mandarin oranges without the juice and stir again. If using peaches, chop them up and add only half of the juice. Then spread the cream over the three layers and around the edges, and decorate everything with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for one hour.
