Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag(s) lemon flavor, lemon sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g whole milk yogurt
  • 75 g semolina
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Whisk the margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon flavoring, and salt until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs, one at a time. Then add the quark and yogurt and stir until creamy. Mix the baking powder with the semolina and stir in. Finally, add the well-drained mandarin oranges or spread them on top of the batter in a springform pan. Grease a 26 cm springform pan, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes.
