Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 15 organic tangerines, squeezed (use the juice for another purpose)
- 400 g rock sugar
- 700 ml vodka
- 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped (use the seeds for another purpose)

Using leftovers from squeezed organic mandarins
Place the juiced organic mandarins, vanilla bean, and rock sugar into a sufficiently large container. Fill with vodka until completely covered. Let the mixture steep for at least 3 months, then strain and bottle. The longer the liqueur matures, the better it tastes. This recipe is expressly designed for using up leftover organic mandarins; the juice is not needed.
