great as a gift
Place the egg yolks in a metal mixing bowl. Briefly beat the powdered sugar, vanilla seeds, and cinnamon powder with a mixer until frothy. Gradually add the condensed milk and liquid cream and mix in. Now mix in the alcohol. Fill a slightly larger pot with water, insert the bowl, and heat gently. It’s best to keep the mixture moving in an imaginary figure eight using a wooden spoon. As soon as it feels creamy and firm, remove the bowl. The liqueur must not boil or curdle under any circumstances. And no water should get into it. Pour into glasses or bottles while it’s still hot, leaving some space as it will expand as it cools. Feel free to taste and add more sugar and/or adjust the amount of alcohol as desired.
