Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 250 g mango(s)
- 150 g low-fat yogurt
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 100 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the banana, mango pulp, yogurt, milk, cinnamon powder, and ginger in a bowl and blend until smooth. Whip the cream until semi-stiff. Pour the shake into two chilled glasses and serve sprinkled with the cream and cinnamon.
